Nice to see this blog on net. My village is in Indara 8km from Mau.
Plz post some more information.
Hi Im working for a retail company which is looking out for a retail venture in Mau. I want to know the citation/authenticity of facts given by you. Also whats the potential of a textile retail outlet there?
I am interested in learning more about MAU as my great-great-grandfather was from there. He moved to Zamania in Ghazipur around mid-1800's.
What I have heard that he was from a Shia-Sayed family. Is there any documentation on the lineage of Shia families settled in MAU?
Thanks. My e-mail is: jsaeedi5@hotmail.com
